It can be extruded in low temperatures, remains permanently flexible with zero shrinkage, adheres well to damp surfaces and provides a weatherproof seal against the elements. Available in over 200 colors, WeatherMaster matches today’s most popular siding colors, regardless of the material or manufacturer. When touch-ups are needed, this sealant can be painted within one hour with water-based paint.

Titebond PVC Trim Adhesive and Sealant

Titebond Ultimate PVC Trim Adhesive and Sealant is a one-component, advanced polymer adhesive sealant designed for a variety of PVC trim, moulding, deck railing and beadboard installations. It adheres and seals PVC trim to virtually any material including wood, metal, masonry, other PVC trim and more. Ultimate PVC Trim is white in color to match trim boards, can be applied in extreme weather conditions and provides a flexible, durable bond as well as a weather-tight seal. This all-in-one adhesive sealant is designed to enhance the quality of PVC installations while decreasing the use of multiple products, leading to more efficient installations.

PVC Trim Adhesive and Sealant has the ability to be a 2 in 1 product due to its advanced adhesive technology. The product uses an advanced polymer that is 98% solids, allowing it to be extruded in extreme temperatures as low as 0°F. It also exhibits more flexibility than other construction adhesives using polyurethane, latex and solvent based technologies. The increased flexibility allows the adhesive to expand and contract with the PVC, decreasing the chance of product failure and customer callbacks. PVC is more flexible than wood. This adhesive will flex with the PVC, not against it. Increased flexibility also allows the product to function as a premium sealant, with 50% joint movement capability and superior weather resistance.
