Sales Transformation Group welcomes guest Kyle King to the Unlocking Service Growth webinar to discuss how to build a high-performing service department. Kyle has built multiple seven-figure service departments as a service manager and when he launched his own company, he went to seven-figures in less than a year.
“If we didn’t have the crews running that we do, we have half, or less than half, of the production work,” says Kyle. “I want service to drive production.”
Kyle tells Sales Transformation Group CEO Ryan Groth and Hayne Coaching Group’s Greg Hayne that the key to a thriving service department is “building relationships, building rapport and getting to know your customers.” It is imperative to your company’s success to use your service department as a way to generate future leads.
“When you service them and do a good job servicing them and the time comes for a job you've got a distinct advantage over competition,” says Kyle. “I talked to our customers openly about that. If they know how you perform and your people perform, you're going to have an advantage. And I want to negotiate work, I don’t want to hard bid work.”
Watch the entire webinar for more insight from Kyle, including information on how to set up your service department for more work and what it is your service customers really want. Listen in for a live Q and A session that answers all of your burning questions about building a better service department.
