Campany Roofing officially celebrated the grand opening of its new North Miami Beach location with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, September 22. While the gathering was intentionally kept small due to limited parking, it was a meaningful event filled with pride, community spirit and celebration of growth.
Evan Piper, former mayor of North Miami Beach and current president of the Greater NMB Chamber of Commerce, attended the event to personally welcome Campany Roofing to the area and congratulate the company on its expansion. Representation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Miami-Dade was also present, with Hilda Mendoza and Jocelyn Serna joining the celebration.
Founded in 1990 by Ed Campany, Campany Roofing has built a strong reputation for quality and integrity by following a simple philosophy: doing things the right way leads to exceptional roofs and long-lasting customer relationships. The ribbon cutting served as a tribute to Ed’s legacy and the company’s steady growth over more than three decades.
Representing the company were James Campany, CEO, Steven Goode, president and Javier Molina, general manager, Miami. Their leadership and dedication have been pivotal in establishing Campany Roofing as a trusted name in commercial roofing throughout South Florida.
“At Campany Roofing, our promise has always been to do things the right way,” said James Campany, CEO. “For us, that means roofs built to last, customers treated with honesty and a team that takes pride in every job. Today’s ribbon cutting is a celebration of that tradition and the trust we’ve earned over the years.”
Evan Piper praised the company for its values and contributions to the local business community:
“Campany Roofing represents the best of business values — hard work, integrity and customer care. We’re proud to recognize their growth and witness their continued success through this ribbon cutting celebration.”
Photography for the event was provided by Davide De Pas, North Miami Beach Chamber board member and owner of Davide De Pas Productions, along with his wife, Mila De Pas, who beautifully captured the day’s memorable moments.
