CertainTeed's offsite construction system was recognized for its innovation by the National Association of Home Builders during this year's summit.

CertainTeed, a leading North American manufacturer of sustainable building materials, announced today that its ONE PRECISION ASSEMBLIES™ (OPA) offsite construction system has been awarded the Offsite Construction Award for Innovative Product or Service from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Award recipients were recognized at the Building Systems Housing Summit held in Washington, DC October 15-17, 2023. 

Launched in March 2023, ONE PRECISION ASSEMBLIES offers fully-constructed wall, floor, ceiling and roof panels to help builders complete more homes faster with less risk on the jobsite. Specifically, OPA was awarded the Offsite Construction Award for Innovative Product or Service, which recognizes leading-edge offerings from suppliers of the offsite construction industry, with special consideration for systems-built housing.
