RoofersCoffeeShop® attended the New Tech Machinery (NTM) Open House Celebration this past summer. We were greeted by a merch table, grabbed a 30-year commemoration t-shirt and toured the new facility for NTM in Aurora, Colorado.
NTM 30th Anniversary and Open House
“It is an exciting day to celebrate with everyone,” Hayley Bohmer, an account manager for New Tech Machinery tells RCS.
The tour and interviews highlight how innovation is core to the success of New Tech Machinery. Ben Bradley, service manager, told RCS that he is so proud of his company for their "innovation and ability to go out and help customers how we can, in addition to the quality of our equipment.”
Hayley and Gabriela echoed in their interviews that NTM has been so successful thanks to how the company stays ahead of the curve, both adding that the people are what makes working at NTM so special.
Hayley believes the company culture of cohesion and family makes NTM successful, stating, “We got to where we are today by making sure that we have good people around and by creating a cohesive atmosphere.”
“Everyone is so willing to work together. I love that comradery,” adds Gabriela.
New Tech Machinery has recently relocated its manufacturing facility to a much larger warehouse in Aurora, Colorado. On the Coffee Shop’s tour of the facilities, Gabriela told us, “This new warehouse is so much nicer than the previous one, we really needed this room.”
The celebration has “been a long time coming” according to everyone who excitedly saluted to 30 years of their versatile, portable and easy-to-use rollforming products revolutionizing the metal construction industry.
It is always wonderful to celebrate huge milestones for businesses in the industry like this one, we wish NTM many more years of comradery, growth and innovation.
