Cotney Construction Law (CCL) is now serving contractors in Canada.

Cotney Construction Law will represent clients on various construction industry-related matters throughout Canada.

Canadian Attorney Jeremy Power has joined the firm and will be based out of the Toronto office. Prior to joining Cotney, Jeremy worked at a top ranked commercial real estate firm. Jeremy has extensive experience in various practice areas such as construction law, roofing law, public law, corporate/commercial law, and commercial real estate. Jeremy is admitted to practice in Ontario and Nova Scotia and will continue to work with clients in those areas on matters relating to business planning, contract drafting and review, negotiations, and government regulatory work.
