Cotney Construction Law Welcomes Attorney Ric Asfar

Cotney Construction Law, LLP is delighted to announce that attorney Richard N. “Ric” Asfar has joined our firm as a partner.

Asfar is an AV-rated civil litigator and appellate advocate with significant experience in high-value cases. He has represented individuals, government entities, and businesses of all sizes in a wide range of matters in both Florida and California.

Prior to joining Cotney Construction Law, Asfar was an attorney at a boutique litigation and appellate firm with a sophisticated statewide practice. He graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and has been awarded an “AV Preeminent” peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell, been included in every Florida Super Lawyers® “Rising Stars” list since 2012, and authored a number of legal case law updates for the Florida Justice Association.
