Current Trends in Roofing Color

MBTechnology has recorded a trend towards brighter roofing colors and more aesthetic designs.

In recent years, roof design has moved towards a focus on design and beauty. In particular, MBTechnology has noticed a trend of colored roofs - especially red and green colors growing in popularity in southern California.

The uptrend towards a more colorful aesthetic fits itself well alongside the growing popularity of metal roofs in residential areas. Metal roofs can be made available in a wide range of colors and styles and can even mimic the look of slate, clay, wood and asphalt.

MBTechnology’s color chart allows you to browse color options from their Selfstick SA Cap, EcoTorch and Supercap SBS options. They also can manufacture any cap sheet in a color not shown in their color chart. Simply send them a sample of the shingle and they will match it, sending it back to you for your approval. Since MBT does not manufacture shingles, the blends will be as close as possible to the shingle you are requesting.
