DaVinci LIVE at IRE 2024!

How DaVinci Roofscapes redefines the art of roofing with award-winning contractors. 

At the 2024 International Roofing Expo (IRE) in Las Vegas, Heidi J. Ellsworth from RoofersCoffeeShop® had a chat with Wendy Bruch and Sarah Stumberg from DaVinci Roofscapes on the Coffee Conversation Sound Stage to discuss DaVinci's innovative products and their Masterpiece Contractor Program. 

Wendy, the marketing manager for DaVinci Roofscapes, shared, "DaVinci is a composite slate and shake roofing material, and we are primarily steep-slope commercial, steep-slope projects and residential." She highlighted the global reach of their projects, saying, "We’re just putting up some beautiful projects all over the U.S. and internationally."  

And because of the beauty of the products and projects, DaVinci really wanted to highlight the hard work that goes into them and the contractors who make it happen, so they started their Masterpiece Contractor Program. This contest, now in its seventh year, showcases the exceptional work of DaVinci's contractor members. Wendy described it saying, "It has been around for 14 years, and then sevn years ago we started the Project of the Year because there are so many amazing projects that these contractors do, and we want to recognize them." 

They brought images of a few projects to celebrate the DaVinci 2023 Masterpiece Contractor of the Year winners. Apex Home Solutions from Oregon impressed as the first winner with their project that coordinates colors to match the home's pitch and surface, complete with a stunning Oceanside video. They're set for a feature at the International Builder Show with Westlake Royal Building Products. Meanwhile, Florida Specialty Roofing, led by Ryan Cruz, mastered a slate roof installation that meets Miami-Dade standards, complete with a custom turret, showing their attention to detail. 

The winners were praised for their stunning installations and architectural contributions. Each project, whether featuring composite slate or shake, demonstrated DaVinci's commitment to beauty, durability and innovation.
