NimbusLabs gives contractors more control over when and how new JobNimbus features enter their workflows.

JobNimbus has launched NimbusLabs, an early access environment designed to let roofing and exterior contractors evaluate new features before they become generally available. Through the program, account administrators can browse upcoming tools inside JobNimbus, activate features that fit their businesses and test them in live workflows. Contractors can then provide feedback directly within each feature, helping JobNimbus determine whether the tool should be refined, retired or included in a future general availability release.

“We don’t want to build features in isolation and ask customers to adapt after the fact. NimbusLabs lets customers try new tools early, tell us what works and help us improve them before broad release. That feedback makes the product more useful in the real world and keeps us focused on solving the problems our customers actually face,” said JobNimbus Chief AI Officer Tyler Folkman.

JobNimbus plans two general availability releases each year, one in the spring and another in the fall. Features that meet the company’s requirements will become standard for all accounts during a scheduled release, accompanied by advance notice and training.

Among the newest tools available through NimbusLabs are Analytics and Analytics AI. Analytics provides prebuilt dashboards and a report library drawing from a single data source, while Analytics AI allows team members to ask business questions using natural language. Analytics Enterprise adds custom dashboard creation and consolidated reporting for multilocation operators.

Olympus Roofing Chief Operating Officer Cason Curriden has used Analytics AI through NimbusLabs to create custom dashboards. Cason noted, "This is 1000x better than Insights or classic reports. I've spent the last few hours chatting back and forth with the AI builder, creating custom dashboards that will save me hours of reporting and tracking work every week."

Other early access features include AI Material Order Import, Job Workflow and Board Builder, Threads and the Modern Image Editor for Estimates. NimbusLabs is available to every JobNimbus account, with features accessible through account administrators.
