Now that school is back in session and the weather is slowly shifting from warm summer breezes to crisp fall air, homeowners and property owners are looking ahead to the next season. In preparation for the harsher winter weather, building owners are ticking off roof maintenance and repairs from their to-do list, which means you can expect more calls to start trickling in. 

Just as homeowners are reviewing their property maintenance needs, so should you complete a routine audit of your products and services in this final dash before winter. One key product to stock up on this fall is the pipe collar. If they aren’t already in your roofing process, now’s the time to incorporate them.
