Rob is no stranger to the company having served for many years as FlashCo’s outside marketing consultant. Rob was the founder and principal of Santa Rosa based RD Marketing. During his time at RD Marketing, Rob helped FlashCo grow its marketing presence and expand from three locations to the present seven locations. Rob brings to FlashCo a wealth of marketing knowledge and expertise regarding small and medium sized businesses, especially business to business manufacturing companies.
Rob will be responsible for developing and growing FlashCo’s marketing department. He will develop, implement and execute the company’s strategic marketing initiatives via multiple channels. “Rob has been an important part of FlashCo’s growth over the years,” says FlashCo President Greg Morrow. “He’s helped us reach this point in our evolution and this was the perfect time to bring him on board to provide us with a dedicated marketing resource to help drive FlashCo to new heights.”
As the principal for RD Marketing, Rob worked with a variety of small and medium sized companies. He used online and traditional marketing channels to help his clients grow and flourish in their respective markets. Rob brings to FlashCo a wide range of marketing experience and expertise including helping companies build their brand, develop an online presence, generate leads and close sales. He has worked with clients in a number of industries including software, engineering, online education and manufacturing. Rob has an B.A. in political science from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California.
