FlashCo® Adds New Sales Representative For The Central Region

FlashCo recently announced the hiring of Jon Jacobs for the position of Sales Representative for the Upper Midwest region.

Jon brings to FlashCo over 24 years of experience in sales and account management. Most recently, he was the Regional Account Manager for RoofingSource, a national roofing contractor based in Niles, Illinois. In addition, Jon has held sales and management positions with EnTech USB, SunGard Valdi Options Solutions and Botta Capital Management. Jon has strong account management skills and sales skills.

Jon will be responsible for continuing the development of FlashCo’s Upper Midwest region that includes Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri and Kansas. “Jon is great fit for this territory,” says Rick Santolaya, national sales manager. “He really knows this area and his experience with RoofingSource really helps him to understand the needs of roofing contractors, especially for low slope.”

At RoofingSource, Jon managed customer accounts nationwide including sales and service. The company is a national roofing contractor for low slope roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM and BUR. During his career, Jon has been focused on company revenue growth through interactions with new and existing customers. He has worked with a wide range of customers building positive relationships, managing accounts and creating new opportunities.

Jon will be based in Mt. Prospect at the FlashCo location in Illinois.
