FlashCo® celebrates 25 years in business

2025 marks the 25th year since FlashCo was founded by Greg Morrow in Northern California. Since then, Greg has led FlashCo on a steady growth trajectory from its first plant in Sebastopol to 10 plants located across the United States. Throughout its history, FlashCo has remained focused on fabricating roof flashings and accessories that save the contractor time. FlashCo’s innovative products eliminate costly field fabrication, and the FlashCo Edge Program provides contractors and partners with time saving tools and processes which allow the company to deliver on its brand promise of speed.

“FlashCo entered the roofing market selling lead flashings and sheet lead directly to roofing contractors,” says Greg, FlashCo President. “As we delivered on our mission statement to save the contractor time we continued to grow and expand geographically. When the financial crisis hit in 2008, I knew we needed to diversify the business, so we entered the single-ply space and started making TPO and PVC flashings.”

Today FlashCo sells primarily to roofing wholesale distribution and single-ply membrane manufactures. FlashCo ships thousands of parts every week to job sites, roofing distributors, private label partners, contractors’ yards, and even job sites. FlashCo offers an extensive line of standard and make to order accessories for low slope roofing systems and lead flashings for asphalt shingle and tile applications. The products include vents, flashings, drains, edge metal and accessories.

In 2022, FlashCo acquired Metkote, the premier laminator for TPO and PVC coated metal in the roofing industry. In 2024, FlashCo opened its 10th location in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.  FlashCo is currently in the middle of a large capital expansion with the installation of a new lamination line which will be located in Wilkes-Barre.
