The Roof Coatings Manufacturers Association (RCMA) has released the full agenda for its 2026 Fall Meeting, bringing manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and industry leaders together for education, collaboration and networking. The event will take place October 7-8, 2026, at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel in Atlanta, with a welcome reception and registration scheduled for October 6.
Programming begins Tuesday evening with an informal welcome reception at the hotel bar, giving attendees an opportunity to collect registration materials and connect with other RCMA members.
Wednesday’s agenda includes a presentation from Gabriel Eckert, CEO of BOMA Georgia, as well as an International Roof Coatings Day session featuring Jayne Rollason, national process product manager for Polyglass. The day concludes with an off-site reception and dinner at the World of Coca-Cola.
Thursday continues with a wildfires update presented by Dwayne Sloan, director and principal engineer for Built Environment. Attendees can also participate in a contractor panel session and view a spray demonstration presented by Graco. Additional speakers and panelists are expected to be announced.
Megan Ellsworth, the multimedia director for The Coffee Shops®, will be moderating the panel. She leads content strategy and production across podcasts, webinars, video and digital media for the roofing and exterior construction industries for The Coffee Shops®. With a background in music and storytelling, Megan brings creativity and energy to industry education and engagement. She is an active advocate for workforce development and community building and serves in leadership roles with National Women in Roofing (NWIR). Megan is passionate about amplifying voices in the trades and connecting people through meaningful media.
RCMA encourages attendees to review the online agenda for complete session times, room assignments and future meeting updates. A special hotel rate of $239 per night is available for reservations made by September 14, 2026, including availability for two days before and two days after the event.
