Gannon Roofing Supply to join the SRS Family of Companies

The company's three Iowa branches will remain under their existing leadership to ensure continued excellent service to customers.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today the pending acquisition of Gannon Roofing Supply (“GRS” or the “Company”), an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories. 

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.   

Headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa and founded in 1979, GRS operates a network of three branches across the state, servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors, and remodelers.  The Company’s senior management team, Dan Frankl, Dan Gannon, and Chad Thomas, will continue to lead their dedicated employee base, ensuring continuity and consistency for all GRS customers and supplier partners.
