Heidi J. Ellsworth Named Among the 2023 Women We Admire Top 50 for Oregon!

RoofersCoffeeShop® President, Heidi J. Ellsworth, has been recognized for her leadership and impact as a Woman Leader of Oregon for the year 2023!  

Each year, the Women We Admire organization highlights the accomplishments of women leaders across the United States and Canada and how they have impacted their local communities and industries. In the 2023 Women We Admire Top 50 Women Leaders of Oregon article, Heidi J. Ellsworth was recognized as number twenty-five on the list. This honor highlights the contributions and impact she has had on her community and the industries she serves.  

Since 1993, Heidi has been a passionate member of the roofing industry. Her impact on the industry can be seen through her work as the current Partner and President of RoofersCoffeeShop and as one of the cofounding members of the National Women in Roofing (NWiR) organization. NWiR is a volunteer-based organization with the purpose of advancing the careers and education of women roofing professionals across the United States.  

Heidi has passionately pursued the advancement of the roofing and metal industries through her work with RoofersCoffeeShop, MetalCoffeeShop™, CoatingsCoffeeShop™, AskARoofer™ and HJE Consulting by championing business development, sales and marketing strategies, and roof installation training within the industries. As an active participant of multiple roofing and metal associations, Heidi has continued to be a positive impact and industry leader among her peers.  

Always looking for ways to shine a light on the roofing and metal industries or finding ways to bring digital marketing and business initiatives to customers and companies within the community, Heidi is a prominent leader for her trade.
