IKO Wraps an Incredible Year of Profit Power Workshops Helping Roofers Build Stronger, More Profitable Businesses
November 19, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.

With 2025’s tour complete, Profit Power returns in 2026, visiting eight new cities with fresh ideas, stronger networking and more opportunities to grow their business.

IKO capped a milestone year for its Profit Power workshops with high-energy events in Indianapolis and Phoenix, completing an eight-city tour that brought together hundreds of roofers to learn, share and level up their businesses.

“Seven years in, Profit Power just keeps getting better,” said Jack Gottesman, marketing director at IKO North America. “If you’re a roofer who wants to grow, this is where you need to be. We love our ROOFPROs, and every event is built to give you real insights, hands-on demos and a few surprises along the way. You just can't miss it.”

At the recent workshops, roofers got a full dose of actionable insights from top experts. Dmitry Lipinskiy, Founder/CEO of Roofing Insights & Directorii, revealed “The 10 Levels of Content Mastery,” a roadmap to dominate social media and video marketing. Kevin Nelson, district sales manager at IKO Metals let roofers get hands-on with stone-coated metal shingles, inspiring them to expand their offerings.

In addition, attending roofers had the opportunity to meet the experts from IKO’s newest partner platforms (Momnt, Rilla, Scorpion and Ignite Home Services) in person — to ask questions, see live demos and learn how these tools can help grow their business. These partnerships and many more are available to all ROOFPRO members, giving every contractor access to tools designed to help them work smarter and sell more.

  • Scorpion helps contractors build professional websites that attract leads, build trust and turn visitors into customers.
  • Momnt enables roofers to offer financing to homeowners, making it easier to close more jobs and increase average project size.
  • Rilla is like a pro sports coach for sales teams, giving managers a real-time view of meetings with AI-powered summaries, transcriptions and suggestions to help teams close more jobs, up to eight times faster.
  • Ignite Home Services provides customized digital marketing tools for roofers, helping contractors turn online leads into paying clients.

The workshops wrapped up with a ROOFPRO Happy Hour and batting practice at Victory Field, home of the Indianapolis Indians and Chase Field in Phoenix, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks which also happens to be the first retractable-roof stadium in the U.S. Taking the field at Chase offered roofers a once-in-a-lifetime, bucket-list experience they’ll never forget.

With 2025’s tour complete, Profit Power returns in 2026, visiting eight new cities with fresh ideas, stronger networking and more opportunities to grow their business.
