FlashCo’s booth at IRE 2025 showcased products that simplify installations and keep roofing crews moving quickly and efficiently.

In a walkthrough of the FlashCo booth, customer service manager Randy O’Shea pointed out the efficiencies baked into their product design. “This is a fantastic product,” he said while showing off the FlashCap. “It eliminates any clamp or caulking needed. There’s no maintenance – nothing you need to go back and check on.” Made from weldable TPO, it’s cleaner-looking and quicker to install than traditional plumbing vent flashings.

FlashCap Plumbing Vent Pipe Flashings are a two-part system – boot and cap – molded from 60 mil TPO and available in four standard sizes to accommodate different wall thicknesses. It’s a superior termination design that saves time on installation and delivers a cleaner, more professional finish than the traditional hose clamp and caulking method.

It doesn’t stop there. Randy also showed us FlashCo’s retrofit drain which features a unique super seal gasket that requires no special tooling – just a standard 9/16” bolt. This patented EPDM sealing ring forms a reliable compression seal even if the drain or pipe gets clogged, offering peace of mind and reducing call-backs. It’s a simple, tool-free solution that pairs durability with convenience.

Their pre-skirted flashings and coated metal products let you skip time-consuming steps like hand-welding. These components arrive jobsite-ready, cutting down labor time while maintaining a watertight seal that meets performance expectations.
