Introducing the latest addition to our Edge Systems One family, One Edge CF Fascia is an innovative fascia system designed with rigorous attention to detail. One Edge CF Fascia (fully adhered or mechanically attached single-ply version) has proven to be a popular choice among contractors because it’s easy to install and lets them move onto other projects quicker and because of how much they can save on labor. 

What’s CF? 

One Edge CF Fascia is a “compression fit” (CF) snap-on fascia, designed for easy installation. Although similar in name, One Edge Fascia uses individual springs that are placed on the cleat during installation, whereas One Edge CF Fascia does not have springs.

Attributes 

One Edge CF Fascia comes in 12'-0" lengths with pre-punched holes for quicker installation and lower labor costs. All splice plates and fasteners are included. The slotted fastening holes allow for thermal movement of the materials and ensure correct fastener placement and spacing. To meet your project’s unique demands, we offer additional capabilities with radius and factory fabricated accessories. 

Specifications 

One Edge CF Fascia’s unique design allows for covers to be manufactured in a variety of materials and sizes to accommodate multiple nailers and coverage requirements.  

This product is backed by a 20-Year, 120 MPH Edge Systems One Wind Warranty as well as a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty and has been thoroughly vetted to meet the highest industry standards: 
          • Tested per ANSI/SPRI/FM 4435/ES-1 Standard to comply with the International Building Code. 
          • Factory Mutual approved for wind uplift protection. 
          • Miami-Dade Approved to comply with the High Velocity Hurricane Zone of the Florida Building  

Accessories 

Our factory fabricated accessories provide a cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing appearance than field fabrication, passing time and labor savings back to the contractor. A variety of standard accessories are available with One Edge CF Fascia, including: 
          • Inside and outside miters 
          • Right and left endcaps 
          • Right and left endwall flashing 
          • Downspout and spillout scuppers

For fast lead times, One Edge CF Fascia is eligible for our QuickShip Program in ten Express Colors on select materials (some limitations apply). You can also choose among a wide range of standard or premium colors and finishes. Coil-coated standard colors include a 30-Year Kynar 500® Finish Warranty.
