Expanded product line and innovation 

FT Solutions offers two options for leak barriers that feature their patented GripSpot™ technology and protect against wind-driven rain and ice dams: Premier Butyl Leak Barrier and Performance SA Leak Barrier. 

• Premier Butyl Leak Barrier is a high-temperature, self-adhering leak barrier that self-seals around nails and helps protect against leaks. This product offers high and low temperature installation, ranging from 140°F to 10°F, high-temperature thermal stability up to 265°F and 180-day UV resistance. It also features a butyl-based adhesive for a high-performance seal that grips tightly and provides long-lasting protection. 
• Performance SA Leak Barrier is a peel-and-stick leak barrier suitable for many steep-slope roof applications, featuring an asphalt-based adhesive. This leak barrier offers 90-day UV resistance and a strong adhesive that can be installed in temperatures as low as 40ºF. 

FT Solutions offers two steep-slope roofing underlayments with GripSpot™ technology: Premier UDL 180 and Performance UDL 90. 

• Premier UDL 180 is a synthetic, premium-quality underlayment that works with various roofing materials, including metal, cement tiles, clay tiles and slate and wood, synthetic and asphalt shingles. This product offers 180-day UV resistance and resistance to stretching and tearing. Your customers will get a Lifetime Limited Warranty for any manufacturing defects. 
• Performance UDL 90 protects your roof deck and is an alternative to #30 felt, offering 90-day UV resistance and a 30-year limited warranty. Roofers can use it for asphalt shingles, primed cedar shingles, synthetic shingles and metal roofing. 

In addition, SurfaceSafe™ Interior Surface Protection offers reusable protection that can be used at jobsites where you need to temporarily protect all types of surfaces, like wood, tile and laminate. It can protect the surface from spills, foot traffic, impacts and more.
