The EVERROOF® Primer M100 is an epoxy-water based primer for cool roof coatings. This liquid-applied primer has unmatched penetrating and rust-inhibiting qualities. It can be used with EVERROOF’s Ever-Crylic® and Ever-Silic® roof restoration systems. 

Using a roof primer like the M100 is crucial for many types of substrates, as primers help the coating adhere to the substrate. The M100 is specifically designed to help coating systems adhere to many types of substrates. The primer also helps prevent bleed-blocking and rust.  

This primer can be used on the following types of roofing materials:

EVERROOF’s Primer M100 has a coverage rate of one gallon per 100-400 square feet (this depends on the substrate it’s used on). It has a quick cure time of two to four hours and can be recoated in 24 hours. The primer can be applied using an airless sprayer, brush or phenolic resin core roller.
