KPost Roofing & Waterproofing Team Member Receives National Roofing Industry Award

The Most Valuable Player Award is a national recognition that honors workers who are outstanding employees within their companies. 

KPost Roofing & Waterproofing, announced that team member Oscar Salas was named a winner in the Roofing Alliance 2022-2023 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards Program.   

The MVP Awards program celebrates workers who are outstanding employees within their companies and recognizes them for their outstanding performance.  They are characterized by having a strong work ethic, showing leadership, initiative and resourcefulness, earning an outstanding safety record, supporting their co-workers and going above and beyond.  

Oscar was recognized for outstanding performance and leadership in his role as a superintendent at KPost Roofing & Waterproofing. Oscar is often referred to as a “guardian angel.” He is responsible for making sure that all service and production trucks are fully stocked and sets an example by what he does … not just what he says in both the field and office to ensure that KPost’s five-acre campus is running smoothly and safely for all employees.
