The fifth annual National Women in Roofing (NWiR) day is just around the corner! We are looking forward to a jam-packed day of fun and connection with other women in the industry in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 30, just before the International Roofing Expo (IRE). Read on to learn about the live demonstration you will not want to miss this NWiR day. If you haven’t registered for the event yet, make sure to register today! 

Demo of REAL Roofing  

This demo will show the ins and outs of REAL Roofing, an interactive multi-media program to bring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) education to the roofing industry. Whether you’re on the rooftop or in the office, REAL Roofing is a tool to help start the discussion about diversity, equity and inclusion in the industry. The program will be available at a low cost to the entire industry. NWiR’s Executive Director Ellen Thorp, M.A., CAE, SRS Distribution Inc.’s Operation Manager Jess Cress and Chinook Roofing’s Director of Steep-slope Operations Rae July will lead this demonstration! 

The demonstration will be in room 203 at 3:45 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. CT.
