Jennifer Ford-Smith, director of product management and marketing for Johns Manville, will be replacing David Martiny, director of product management at Firestone Building Products, as the new ERA Chair. As an employee of Johns Manville for over a decade, Jennifer Ford-Smith has innovated marketing strategies and developed customer driven sales in B2B and B2C environments. She also is a member of National Women in Roofing (NWIR) and is a part of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) ’s board of directors.
