More than just accurate roof data

More than just accurate roof data

Get a more complete view of the built environment with Eagleview One’s complete exterior property intelligence.

A little under a year ago, Eagleview launched a new platform that brought all of their tools together in one space – Eagleview One! As Eagleview CEO Piers Dormeyer said at the time, “Eagleview One is an exciting new chapter in our company’s storied history. Our customers will now be able to access the highest resolution imagery combined with rapid, AI-powered innovations that deliver unrivaled property and asset insights. [And this is] just the beginning. We will be continuously releasing new features to help our customers solve their most pressing business challenges while unlocking additional value from the trusted Eagleview solutions that they’ve counted on for decades.”

And today, they have followed through on that promise by continuing to innovate and improve the Eagleview One platform. In fact, just last month (March 2026), they announced a major platform update at their virtual Eagleview One Star Event – The expansion of Eagleview’s property data to include complete exterior 3D imaging.

Dimitri Vollkmann, Eagleview’s head of product marketing, described this update:

The release builds on Eagleview’s history of helping industries make property decisions with high-resolution aerial imagery, accurate measurements and property intelligence—reducing the need for ladders and on-site inspections. With full exterior 3D now in-platform, Eagleview is extending that legacy into a more complete view of the built environment.

In action, this update gives both commercial and residential contractors access to an interactive 3D visualizer (based on high-resolution ortho and oblique imagery) that allows them to navigate a model of the building they are working on. Within this visualizer, users can toggle between different structures, zoom in on specifics, isolate sections, overlay additional images and more.

The benefits of this are expansive. Not only does this make it easier than ever to bid by reducing the need for site visits, it also helps with material takeoffs, safer property assessments, improved project transparency and more. As Tripp Cox, chief product & technology officer of Eagleview surmised, “The continuously usable, interactive digital representation of the property replaces fragmented data, manual workflows, unnecessary site visits and outdated records with real intelligence our customers can act on immediately for their routine and complex projects.”
