MTL Holdings Announces Acquisition of Citadel Architectural Products

MTL Holdings has expanded its family of brands with the acquisition of Citadel Architectural Products. 

Known for its production of high-quality products, customer service and on-time delivery, Citadel shares MTL’s focus on customer-centric solutions. Citadel, a manufacturer of composite panels and systems for the commercial cladding industry, extends the MTL Holdings portfolio of products for customers who value full envelope solutions.

With the acquisition of Citadel, MTL is pleased to announce Josh Jacobi as the vice president and general manager of MTL’s Wall Division. Jacobi brings over 30 years of experience in the metal industry, specializing in product enhancement and development to provide solutions for the use of metal in the building envelope.
