Nations Roof Appoints New Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Nations Roof, one of the largest roofing contractors in the United States, has announced that Rich Nugent will take on the newly established role of chairman of the board and Jake Hyatt has been promoted to the role of chief executive officer.

Founded in 2004, Nations Roof has grown to serve national and local accounts, with a National Service Center in Mobile, Alabama and offices in 37 cities across the country. This includes new locations in Las Vegas, Nevada and Manhattan, Kansas.

Rich Nugent has been dedicated to increasing the professionalism of the roofing industry throughout his career.  He has created a culture of quality and safety in an environment that has attracted top talent to the company.  Beyond Nations Roof, Rich has also served the industry in many leadership and committee opportunities at the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), including President, 2014-2015.

Jake Hyatt came to Nations Roof in 2013 as the vice president of operations. Since then, he has been promoted to president and chief operations officer, giving him excellent experience in overseeing the operations of the company.

Nations Roof expects to generate over $400 million in revenue this year by serving the new, repair, maintenance and replacement roofing needs of commercial customers throughout the nation as well as residential customers in Florida.
