NRCA wins award for Future Executives Institute program

NRCA has announced it recently won a 2024 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Award® for its FEI program. The association received a Bronze award in the Best Association Professional Development Program category.

FEI is a comprehensive and powerful leadership development experience and one-of-a-kind industry networking opportunity. The three-year program is held at Northwestern University’s prestigious Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and in conjunction with the International Roofing Expo® and offers participants an in-depth study of leadership and management theory and practice aimed at managing a thriving roofing business.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based on the following criteria:

     · Program design, functionality and delivery
     · Adoption, integration, user experience, innovation and creativity
     · Overall effectiveness, impact and measurable benefits

HCM Excellence Award winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference Jan. 28-30, 2025, at the Hilton West Palm Beach in Florida.
