NRCA recently piloted a new website, careersinroofing.com, which offers resources to those interested in pursuing a career in roofing. Careersinroofing.com highlights opportunities in the roofing industry and can be used by roofing companies as a recruitment tool.  

The resources emphasize that opportunities for success can be found on the roof, in the shop, in the office and in manufacturing facilities, underscoring the stability and income a roofing industry career can provide. 

The website also features training and education resources available for individuals who are starting a career in the roofing industry, as well as for experienced workers. 

A section for parents and educators offers information about the positive aspects of working in the roofing industry, including no school debt, the high demand for roofing workers and the potential to thrive and establish a solid career.
