The IKO Industries’ ROOFPRO® program is designed to help both consumers and contractors. For consumers, they can hire ROOFPRO contractors and know that they are getting quality work and a good warranty. On the contractor's side, they get access to an array of valuable resources such as rebates and discounts on purchases to support and training.
Caleb Wilkinson, the owner and founder of Alpine Roofing Group in West Virginia is an example of a ROOFPRO contractor. He and his team were voted the best roofing company in their area and pride themselves on offering the best customer service possible. As Caleb put it, “Our mission is to provide better roofing and a better experience for our local community.”
One of the ways he feels he is able to reach this mission is through his work with IKO and their products. Caleb explained, “Installing IKO Dynasty, which is a great product, on each customer's and homeowner's roof helps us to know that we're doing the right thing for the homeowner and giving them the right product. It makes this job and you know running the company a whole lot better.”
Additionally, as he looks to the future of his company and creating sustainable growth while maintaining those core values, Caleb sees technology as a key factor. He explained, “West Virginia is very tight-knit, I get a lot of word-of-mouth referrals, but I also get a lot of calls saying hey we looked you up on Facebook, we looked you up on Google, there's a lot of good reviews and we have gotten a lot of business that way too.”
Using these technological tools efficiently and effectively is where IKO has truly backed Caleb and his team up. Caleb explained, “IKO has been a really good partner. They help with marketing and there's a lot of different tools that they provide for us to be able to quickly and easily promote our business as much as possible.”
