Recognizing student potential with Head of the Class program

Student recognition program encourages technical skills students to learn, achieve and succeed!  

Each school term, graduating students of heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) and building construction programs demonstrating outstanding leadership and performing with top marks are nominated for the Malco Tools “Head of the Class” Student Recognition Program. With the Head of the Class program, Malco aims to acknowledge and reward those who have excelled in their studies and leadership during the course of their education.  

Chosen participants are awarded the “Head of the Class” honors, a significant Malco Tool prize, a congratulatory certificate and a Malco cap! In addition, students of their class also receive special prizes – a Malco C-RHEX, Malco catalog and a Malco cap of their own! This program is an excellent chance for educators to nominate and reward their outstanding students who show great potential in their skills and leadership abilities, boosting morale by recognizing their accomplishments and future potential in the HVAC and building construction fields.  

Since 2005, Malco Tools has recognized over 85,000 top-performing students, representing over 1,000 technical schools, Union JATC and industry association career education programs across the United States and Canada. As these young minds prepare to sharpen their skills and to take on the job market, adding this accomplishment to their resume and confidence is another way to support their journeys beyond the classroom!
