Registration is Now Open for the Texas Roofing Conference

Presented by the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT), the conference is the largest event in Texas for roofing professionals.

This year’s conference is scheduled for September 18 – 20, 2019 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. The event features roofing and waterproofing product exhibitions, residential and commercial contractor seminars and educational programs, networking opportunities, golf tournament and awards.

Early bird registration rates are available through May 31, 2019. A full registration is $300 for RCAT contractor/consultant members and $400 for non-members and includes:

• Welcome reception
• Pass to the trade show
• Entry to all regular seminars and educational programs
• Ticket to the annual awards luncheon
• Door prizes and more

Trade-show only tickets are available for $10 each and can be purchased at the registration desk during the time of the event.

Wednesday, September 18, 2019

12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  RCAT Golf Tournament (Shotgun Start at 1:30), Bear Creek Golf Club, 3500 Bear Creek Court, Dallas, TX 75261. The tournament is a scramble format. Prizes will be given for the lowest combined team score, longest drive and closest to the pin. 60 teams of 4 is the maximum entry.

6:00 p.m.  – 8:00 p.m. Welcome Reception @ Bear Creek Golf Club (Shuttle to/from Gaylord is available)

Hotel information: Hotel reservations are to be made directly with the Gaylord Texan. The RCAT discounted room rate is $249 (inclusive of the resort fee). All reservations must be made no later than Friday, August 16, 2019 or the group rate is not guaranteed. Book your room online.
