One year ago, I was so lucky to join Vickie Sharples as her partner at RoofersCoffeeShop.com. Wow, it has been an amazing year. We have the best audience and it just keeps growing. Every day we hear from contractors and roofing professionals around the country praising what we do at the coffee shop!

Now a year later, Sarah Harwerth-De Marco has also joined our team and we are seeing amazing results. Just like roofing contractors across the country who receive great reviews for their work every day, we are also seeing great reviews from all of you.

We all know how important it is to ask for and share positive reviews. Although, every once in while it may not be as positive as we would like, it is always an opportunity to improve and potentially make changes for a better company.

In fact, we want to share the importance of reviews with our contractors. Here are some tips for growing reviews for your business:

1. Be sure to create a place for your customers to leave online reviews, whether on your website or social media.
2. Be ready to respond in a positive, proactive manner, even if it is not a great review.
3. We can all improve and win new customers by showing our existing customers’ experience. By responding with personal answers and proactive measures future customers gain trust in your company.
