Rocky Mountain Snow Guards wants to put your incredible projects center stage

Enter your best project that utilizes a snow retention system before July 31, 2025, for a chance to win big! 

Two years ago, Rocky Mountain Snow Guards held their first nationwide contest – “Show Us Our Snow Guards.” The goal of the contest was to invite roofing contractors to showcase their craftsmanship when using Rocky Mountain Snow Guards’ snow retention systems on their projects. Since then, it has become an annual event and incredible display of roofing talent and skill. Lars Walberg, president of Rocky Mountain Snow Guards, shared, “We’re offering roofing contractors a way to shine a spotlight on their outstanding projects using our snow retention systems.” 

The contest is divided into two categories – Outstanding Residential Snow Retention Project and Outstanding Commercial Snow Retention Project – and there is still time for you to enter! The contest closes on July 31, 2025, with winners being announced on August 19. Brian Cross, Rocky Mountain’s manager of sales and marketing, explained the entry process, sharing, “Entering is easy. Just download, complete and email the contest entry form along with a minimum of three high-resolution pictures of your project featuring Rocky Mountain Snow Guards products installed within the last five years. That’s it. No entry fees. Roofing contractors may enter as many of their projects as they like, but must fill out a separate form for each entry.” 

Each category will award a winner who will receive a grand prize of $2,000 in cash. There will also be three runners-up per category that will receive prizes of a $1,000 credit toward a Rocky Mountain Snow Guards order, with an expiration date of December 18, 2026. In addition to these prizes, winners will also receive:  

• Publicity on Rocky Mountain Snow Guard’s website 
• Coverage from The Coffee Shops 
• Social media posts from Rocky Mountain Snow Guards for their projects 
• Highlight in a press release issued by Rocky Mountain Snow Guards
