Roofing Respect is all about respect for the roofing industry.

RoofersCoffeeShop.com, the place where the industry meets for technology, information and everyday business, is proud to launch its newest campaign: Roofing Respect.  The campaign is in honor and admiration of our hard-working men and women in the roofing industry and the Coffee Shop’s way of saying Thank You!

“Our initiatives continue to evolve,” states Vickie Sharples, a RoofersCoffeeShop.com partner. “Starting 20 years ago with our We Believe (in Roofers) program and more recently the Look-Up campaign, our vision has always been to recognize the hard-working men and women in our industry. Our goal is to promote appreciation for our trade both inside and outside the industry.”

Starting at this year’s International Roofing Expo, contractors and roofing professionals picked up window stickers, magnets and buttons for the Roofing Respect initiative.  The sticker says “Roofing Respect.  Respecting our hardworking trade wherever this symbol is shown.”  The R symbol features the coffee cup and R as a sign of respect.  It can be proudly displayed on building or vehicle windows.  The idea is to share the story of roofing professionals and the excellent career that roofing can provide.

“This industry continues to give back everyday but too often they do not receive the respect they deserve amongst the trades or in the field,” noted Heidi J. Ellsworth, a RoofersCoffeeShop.com partner.  “First with the Roofers Exchange and now on the Coffee Shop, we are committed to sharing the amazing stories of this trade.  We also want to be the first to stand up and show our admiration for the men and women of this industry.”
