Roofing Technology Think Tank (RT3), a group of progressive roofing professionals focused on technology solutions for the roofing industry, awarded the 2025 Innovator of the Year award to Nick Zavala of American Home Contractors in Fulton, Maryland. The award was announced during the 2025 Best of Success Conference in Arlington, Texas.

Under his leadership, he has made American Home Contractors a leader in solar services nationwide.
