SRS Announces Expansion in the Greater Philadelphia Area With the Acquisition of Marvic Supply, Inc.

Marvic Supply, Inc. is a leading distributor of residential roofing, windows and doors, siding and other related products.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired Marvic Supply Company, Inc. (“Marvic” or the “Company”), a leading distributor of residential roofing, windows and doors, siding and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Marvic was acquired in 1967 by Frank Terry and is run today by Dave Smith, Frank’s son-in-law, and Frank’s sons, Rich and Wes Terry. The Company operates seven locations across southeastern Pennsylvania and northwestern New Jersey and employs a team of 98 people. Dave, Rich, and Wes will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team under the Marvic banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
