SRS Distribution Inc. (SRS) announced today that it has acquired Rising Star Wholesale (Rising Star), a wholesale distributor of siding, windows, doors and other complementary products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Des Moines, Idaho, Rising Star is owned and operated by Bob Myers. The company employs a team of 17 people. Corey Myers, Bob’s son, and Amber Twohig, a longtime employee of Rising Star, will lead the business going forward.
