Tecta America Acquires B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing in Acquisition

The national leader in commercial roofing acquires Sheet Metal and Roofing Company in Bloomington, Indiana.

Tecta America, the national leader in commercial roofing, announces the recent acquisition of Bloomington, IN based B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing.

B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing has been in business for over 50 years, and they have a reputation for exceptional service, integrity and quality in the south-central IN area.

David Lee will continue on in his current role as President, along with the rest of his management team and workforce. The operation will be known as B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC.
