The Coffee Shops™, the award-winning online communities where the industries meet for technologies, safety, information and education for the construction trades of roofing, metal, coatings and outdoor living, are pleased to welcome the IIBEC Colorado Chapter into their community.
The Colorado Chapter of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) is a dedicated community of roofing, waterproofing and building enclosure consulting professionals. They take the larger, international IIBEC organization’s mission of fostering “excellence in the building enclosure industry through education, advocacy and networking opportunities for our members,” and pursue it on a more localized level for Coloradoans.
They do this in a variety of ways, such as organizing local training opportunities and upholding high standards of quality. They also act as a space for the community to come together and support one another. Events like their annual sporting clays tournament, golf outing and holiday party are all great ways for roofing, waterproofing and building enclosure consulting professionals in Colorado and surrounding states and/or communities to network with one another.
In addition to their work for the built environment industry, they also run a variety of philanthropic endeavors. These include collaborations with local universities to award scholarships for “relevant fields of architecture, structural, civil engineering, construction management or other related areas of study” and other Colorado construction associations (such as the RCI Foundation and the Colorado Roofing Association).
The Coffee Shops are proud to welcome the IIBEC Colorado Chapter!
