The Roofing Alliance, the foundation of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), proudly announces the finalists of the prestigious Gold Circle Awards honoring outstanding contributions and unique roofing-related jobs and services. Award winners will be recognized at NRCA’s Industry Awards Ceremony and Cocktail Reception, February 12, 2019, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the 2019 International Roofing Expo® (IRE) in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Roofing Alliance and NRCA members are encouraged every year to submit their best work in the following categories: Outstanding Workmanship; Innovative Solutions; and Safety Preparedness and Performance. More than 99 winning companies have been recognized for their achievements since the award’s inception.
Outstanding Workmanship - Finalists submitted particularly challenging jobs including difficult design jobs, abnormal working conditions and difficult materials that were used to showcase their work.

Innovative Solutions - Finalists submitted particularly difficult jobs where they found smart solutions to difficult problems along with a focus on installations of environmentally friendly projects. They focused their submittals on overall innovation.

Safety Preparedness and Performance - Safety is paramount in roofing, and the finalists exemplified excellent safety preparedness including specific safety considerations, written safety plans created after selection, safety integration into unique job elements, important revisions, plans for fall prevention and safety policies and/or procedures that were revised/created as a result of a post-job safety review.

All entries were evaluated by a panel of judges within the roofing industry. The highest-ranking entries were determined the winners. Gold Circle Award winners will receive formal recognition during a special awards ceremony held during NRCA's 132nd Annual, a Gold Circle Awards trophy, recognition in Professional Roofing magazine, press releases notifying industry trade press and local media and the honor of serving as inspiration to fellow Roofing Alliance and NRCA members striving for excellence.
