Will Lorenz receives prestigious Martin A. Davis Industry Leadership Award

Longtime roof coating industry veteran is recognized for his service.

General Coatings Manufacturing Corporation (GCMC) President Will Lorenz recently received the Roof Coatings Manufacturers Association’s (RCMA) Martin A. Davis Industry Leadership Award, the organization’s highest honor. The annual award recognizes an RCMA member who exemplifies outstanding service and made significant contributions to the roof coatings industry. The first Martin A. Davis Award was presented in 1985, designed to honor and serve in memory of Davis, a visionary founding member of the RCMA who served both the Association and industry with distinction and exceptional service.

Lorenz has worked for decades in the industry and has held many RCMA leadership positions. His passion as an advocate for the coatings market benefits GCMC and, more importantly, customers.

“I’m honored and humbled to receive this distinguished RCMA award. Throughout my career, I’ve continuously grown my knowledge and expertise, recognizing that this would positively affect the industry, the companies for whom I’ve worked, customers and colleagues,” said Lorenz.
