RidgeSeal Self-Adhearing Hip & Ridge Tape
RidgeSeal™ (35 mil) provides a superior waterproofing barrier for use when installing concrete, clay, and synthetic hip & ridge tiles. It eliminates costly mortar applications to critical hip and ridge areas where blowing rain can enter.
The superb flexibility makes application proceed quickly, while the self-sealing qualities of RidgeSeal™ create an excellent weather- and insect-blocking barrier. And because of its strength, composition and durable UV-resistant surface, RidgeSeal™ can be left exposed after application, and prior to the installation being completed, for up to six months.
RidgeSeal™ PowerBond™ offers the same composition as RidgeSeal, but comes with our patented PowerBond™ adhesive system. PowerBond is a unique two-part adhesive that allows the membrane to aggressively adhere in temperatures as low as 25°F, while remaining stable at elevated temperatures. Recommended for use when the installation temperature is below 50°F.
RidgeSeal™ comes with a 5-Year limited warranty. RidgeSeal™ PowerBond™ comes with a 10-Year limited warranty.
