Ashley C. Pietsch was born into the world of insurance. Her father and mother owned their own successful insurance agency, it only came natural for Ashley.

Ashley began working in the insurance industry in January 2004 as a receptionist. She was quickly promoted to account manager and truly enjoys what she does.

"Building relationships with clients is something I enjoy. I feel honored to be a trusted advisor to so many wonderful people. Putting their personal and business needs as a top priority shows daily in my customer service."

Ashley is the wife to co-owner, Seth Pietsch. The two met in college back in 2002 and were married in 2007. Seth and Ashley have four children and enjoy spending time with family, friends and clients.

Seth T. Pietsch was born with a competitive spirit having come from a family of six boys. Having to work exceptionally hard for everything he got instinctively became second nature.

Seth began working in the insurance industry in December of 2007 at the start of the Great Recession. He knows the importance of keeping insurance costs low, but at the same time keeping coverage intact. "Rebuilding an insurance program for a client that cuts cost and provides broader coverage is what it's all about."

There are not many things which provide more satisfaction than when a client tells you how much they appreciate all the work you did for them. This is one of the main reasons why insurance is such a great industry to be a part of.

Seth is the husband to co-owner, Ashley Pietsch. The two met at Oregon State University in 2002 and were married in 2007. Seth enjoys coaching his children's sports teams, is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Seth and Ashley Pietsch are the founders of Integrity Insurance & Bonding Inc., an independent insurance agency built on relationships, industry expertise and doing business the right way.

Ashley grew up in the insurance world, beginning her career in 2004 at her family’s agency, Ross & Associates, where she advanced from receptionist to Account Manager. Seth joined the agency in 2007 after concluding a career in minor league baseball, shortly after the two met at Oregon State University and were married.

After their family agency was sold to a large regional brokerage in 2015, Seth and Ashley gained experience in the corporate insurance environment but quickly realized their passion remained within the small-agency mindset: personal service, trusted relationships and customized solutions.

In 2018, they founded Integrity Insurance & Bonding Inc. with a mission to empower clients and employees alike through stability, transparency and peace of mind. Today, they proudly serve the construction and roofing industries with a people-first approach and deep industry involvement.

Seth and Ashley are proud members of ARC of Oregon and Southwest Washington, WSRCA, NWIR and NRCA. They are committed to supporting the roofing community through education, advocacy and partnership.
