Join us for a hands-on CPR/First Aid training designed specifically for ARCA members. This course will equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to respond effectively to workplace emergencies.
Topics Covered Include:
- Assessing the scene & initial response
- Cardiac emergencies & CPR techniques
- Breathing emergencies
- Sudden illnesses (e.g. allergic reactions, diabetic emergencies, stroke)
- Environmental emergencies (heat & cold-related conditions)
- Soft tissue injuries
- Injuries to muscles, bones, and joints
Hands-on Training Modules:
- CPR practice with mannequins
- Splinting techniques
- Wound wrapping
- Realistic workplace first aid scenarios
