Business Insurance - How soon do you start shopping for next year?

Please share with us how you look for business insurance and how you will get quotes for 2018.? Do you start now?

Been with the same underwriter, Cincinnati insurance, for like 30 years. They've been great. But I do get quotes every 3-5 years from other agencies & underwriters. I find value in good relationships. I've needed our insurance a few times over the years and those relationships have served us well.

But if you want a good quote, don't tell your existing agent what companies may be quoting because if your agent goes to them first the underwriter will not quote to other agencies.

Start a couple months in advance for the best results.
