Mod bit question. What is the going rate per sq for mod-bit.. 250 cap 250 base... any help would be appreciated. Oh by the way that would be with a rip..

In Phila. PA. I would gues approx. $8.00 a sq. ft.. If it's 2-3 roofs to sub-straight.
