Saving Money and recycling makes sense.

Have you considered recycling low slope tear off material!

We have been recycling our shingles for a few years now. It is kind of funny, because Indiana just started allowing recycled asphalt in roads as well. Sure saves us money and beats filling the landfill.

I appreciate your comments, it is amazing how much of the membranes and insulation goes into a landfill. Butmun is tough, we have limited markets, but cannot offer the service nationwide. We do take Sarnifil Membrane - we recycle it, but I hear what you are saying about what they say they do. It is important to let recyclers do the recycling and those that manufacture the material partner up with a recycler. It does not make sense and it is not sustainable to demand that all membranes be put recycled membrane back into membrane. Opportunities exist for other re-manufactured products from these materials
