This didn't seem like as good an idea in the afternoon as it did the sleep deprived night that I finished their quotes...

So after deleting the original post, I'll just respond to Tim's comment below:

Yep. It's the way to do it. I won't say it's less work, but it's a different kind of work, more satisfaction, happier customers, better customers, few hassles... as long as the performance meets the promise it's a road less travelled and road more scenic.
